Recruitment of Graphic Designer

Be responsible for the creative design and drawing of art elements such as characters, scenes, and props in game projects, ensuring that the art style conforms to the overall setting of the game.
Participate in the design of the game UI interface, optimize the interface layout and interaction experience, and enhance the visual perception of players.
Produce art materials for game promotional posters and promotional videos, highlight the game’s features, and attract players’ attention.
Collaborate closely with team members such as planners and programmers, and adjust the art design plan in a timely manner according to project requirements and feedback.
Keep an eye on the trends of art design in the industry and provide innovative ideas and suggestions for the game’s art style.

A bachelor’s degree or above in art, design or related majors, with a solid art foundation and good aesthetic ability.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and at least one 3D modeling software (such as Maya, 3ds Max).
Have more than 2 years of working experience in game art design, and those with experience in complete game projects are preferred.
Have strong creative and hand-drawing abilities, and be able to independently complete high-quality art design works.
Have a good team spirit and communication skills, and be able to understand and execute the team’s design requirements.
Have a serious and responsible work attitude, be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and complete tasks on time.

Design and develop game server - side architecture, ensuring high - concurrency and low - latency.
Code core game modules and implement game logic.
Collaborate with planners and client - side developers to optimize game play and experience.
Optimize server - side performance and solve technical issues.
Write and maintain technical documentation.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors related to computer science are preferred.
Over 2 years of Java development experience and familiarity with common design patterns.
Proficiency in mainstream frameworks like Spring, and knowledge of MyBatis and Maven.
Familiarity with MySQL, SQL optimization skills, and knowledge of Redis.
Understanding of Linux, Tomcat, and some knowledge of Netty.
Good communication skills, strong learning ability, and a sense of responsibility.
Priority given to candidates with game development experience.
